We appreciated the very central location and how clean the place was kept. Overall it was tidy that have joint twin beds.

The venue is fairly clean, with upscale location next to the train station, the river and 5 min walk from train station.

The staff is absolutely beautiful here, the services are great, and location is ideal near to the wooden bridge, train. Well cleaned units with kapellbrucke bridge view.

All good — I loved my stay — food was exceptional and my bed was perfect. The staff were ready to help, so obliging. Set minutes from a river and lakes, it was a plus. Italian cuisine was served in the in-house restaurant.

Every detail was fabulous from the beginning, including staff and rooms, I really enjoyed it. The bonus was functional room decor and busy bar. It was a such wonderful experience in a famous hotel.

Appealing place to stay while in Lucerne. There were DELICIOUS toast, eggs and pastries for breakfast. Its pool was good, we chilled out there when it was wonderful outside.
